Naomi serves as a director of NeueHealth. As a seasoned operational leader, she has spent over 20 years working in healthcare and technology. She serves as the CEO and Co-founder of Brightline, Inc. Prior to Brightline, Inc., Naomi served as the Chief Growth Officer for Livongo Health, where she oversaw key strategic growth initiatives for the company. Naomi held executive roles spanning operations, sales and product as a founding team member of Castlight Health from inception in 2008 to Castlight’s initial public offering. Prior to that, she was a leader in McKinsey and Company’s Silicon Valley office, helping to build the West Coast healthcare technology practice. Naomi was a product strategist at Microsoft, and in her early career worked in Deloitte Consulting’s healthcare practice.

Naomi holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business and received her undergraduate degree at UNC-Chapel Hill.
