Mohamad serves as a director of NeueHealth. He is Managing General Partner and Head of Global Healthcare at New Enterprise Associates, one of the world’s largest venture capital firms. Prior to joining New Enterprise Associates, Mohamad served as an associate at Summit Partners, L.P. and as an analyst at UBS Group AG. He serves on the board of directors at Aetion, Inc., Collective Health, Inc. Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Inc., Nuvolo, Everside Health, Radiology Partners, Inc., Strive Health, LLC, and Vori Health and Welltok, Inc.

Mohamad received a bachelor's degree, with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an active participant in the cancer community having been a founding board member of Livestrong’s Young Leadership Cancer Council and a board member of The National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).
