Jeff serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of NeueHealth. In his role, Jeff oversees all state and federal legal, regulatory and compliance issues.

Jeff most recently served as Chief Legal Officer of NeueHealth, overseeing the legal aspects of the Company’s M&A transactions, corporate governance, litigation, and risk management functions. Prior to this, Jeff held several senior legal positions at MGM Resorts International, a multinational gaming, hotel, and entertainment company. Prior to MGM, Jeff was an in-house attorney with Western Digital Corporation, a Fortune 500 hard drive manufacturer, and a corporate transactional attorney with Gibson Dunn, a leading international law firm.
